What's New in v4

Today we go live with CoastBoxOffice v4 with a major rebuild in the booking engine.

The need for an Account is always a juggling act. On one side it is essential to allow people to identify themselves to the system and take advantage of offers, seasonal discounts, and features such as paperless checkins and booking history.

However, Accounts can be a hassle. You have to log in when you visit the site and with that comes security around passwords, etc.

So how are we making this a better experience?

Firstly we introduced Sign in with Google. Anyone with a Google account can now simply connect with a single tap and their Google Account. There's no need to remember another password and CoastBoxOffice will simply use your Google email address to stay in touch with you,

Secondly, we totally changed how we operate Guest Accounts.

If you are not signed in there is no longer a need to do so in order to book a show or event. Simply select the tickets you require and check out. So long as you give us a name for the booking on the way out you're all good.

Of course, we allow you to supply as much or as little detail when you check out. The more the better in case you need help from your Agent.
